What is the UNO Water Filter and how does it work?
UNO is an under-sink microfiltration system that makes your tap water clean, safe, and great-tasting. It filters out chlorine, unwanted tastes and odours, and offers bacteriostatic protection thanks to silver ions. Installation is quick and tool-free—just screw it on between your existing water hose and tap.
What kind of filtration does UNO use?
UNO uses a 0.5 micron microfiltration system that reduces chlorine, eliminates bad taste and odours, and provides an antibacterial effect through bacteriostatic silver ions. This means it not only improves the taste of your water but also inhibits bacterial growth inside the filter.
What if I leave UNO unused for a few days or weeks?
No worries. Thanks to its bacteriostatic filter, UNO continues to ensure safe and good-tasting water even after periods of non-use. Laboratory tests confirm its safety when you return.
Does UNO filter out all contaminants like heavy metals or viruses?
UNO is a microfiltration system designed primarily to improve taste, reduce chlorine, odours, and inhibit bacteria. It does not remove heavy metals or viruses. For those looking for broader contaminant removal, we recommend combining UNO with other certified systems designed for that purpose.
What does “bacteriostatic action” mean?
Bacteriostatic action means that the filter inhibits the growth of bacteria inside the system. UNO achieves this through the use of silver ions, making it safer and more hygienic than many basic water filters.

How long does the filter last?
Each UNO filter lasts up to 7,000 litres or approximately 1 year for a typical household. The smart LED indicator on the filter head will change from blue to red to alert you when it’s time for a replacement.
How do I know when to replace the filter?
UNO features an LED indicator light on the filter head. It lights up blue during normal use and turns red when it’s time to change the filter—either after reaching 7,000 litres or approximately one year.
Installation
Is it hard to install UNO?
Not at all. UNO was designed for effortless installation. Simply unscrew the hose under your sink, screw UNO in place, and reattach the hose. No tools or plumbing experience required.
How do I replace the UNO filter?
Replacing the filter is just as easy as the initial installation. Unscrew the old cartridge from the head and screw in the new one. That’s it—no tools, no mess.

What is the UNO Aluminium Bottle made of?
Double-wall aerospace-grade aluminium, food-safe BPA-free inner coating, and a stainless-steel screw lid. The body is fully recyclable.
What capacity does the bottle hold?
500 ml — the right size to carry filtered UNO water through a workday or workout without weighing your bag down.
Is the bottle dishwasher safe?
We recommend hand-washing with warm water and mild soap to protect the matte finish. Dishwashers can dull the surface over time.
Why aluminium and not glass or plastic?
Aluminium is lighter than glass, doesn’t shatter, and is infinitely recyclable. It carries no plastic taste or leaching concerns. It pairs naturally with the filtered-tap-water lifestyle UNO is built for.
Does the bottle keep drinks cold?
Yes — the double-wall construction keeps water cold for up to 30 hours and hot drinks warm for up to 20 hours. Perfect for a full day with filtered UNO water.

How long does delivery take?
During presale, the special price runs until the end of August and orders ship in the first week of September. Once regular sales start, orders ship within one business day and standard delivery within Poland takes 1–2 working days.
Is shipping free?
Free standard shipping on orders over 200 zł. Below that, a flat fee applies based on destination.
What is your return policy?
30 days, no questions asked. Send the filter and bottle back in their original packaging for a full refund.
How long is the warranty?
Two years on the filter head and lifetime for the bottle.
