Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use our website or purchase our products. By using the site or placing an order, you confirm you meet these requirements.

Our Products and Services

Uno Water sells under-sink microfiltration filters, replacement cartridges, and reusable bottles, manufactured in Italy and sold across the European Union. Product specifications, capacity, and certification details are described on each product page. We make every effort to display accurate descriptions and images, but minor variations may occur.

Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance by us. Prices are listed in Polish złoty (PLN) and include applicable VAT. We accept BLIK, major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. An order is confirmed only after payment is received and we send you an order confirmation email.

Shipping and Returns

We ship across the European Union. During presale, orders ship in the first week of September; once regular sales start, standard delivery is 1–2 working days within Poland and five to ten working days elsewhere in the EU. Shipping is free on orders over 200 zł. You may return any unopened product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Used cartridges cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Warranty

The aluminium body, cartridge head, and T-junction are warranted for two years from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. The cartridge itself is warranted for twelve months. The Uno thermal bottle carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from incorrect installation, frozen pipes, untreated well water, or attempts to refill the cartridge. Statutory consumer rights under EU and Polish law are not affected.

Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version always appears on this page with the date of the last update. Material changes will be notified by email to anyone with an account. Continued use of the site or our products after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our products are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Polish courts, save where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence applies.
